Information used by the service
Swish processes information you provide or generate while using the service. This can include your wallet address, profile name and avatar, account and subscription status, purchases, shipping details, reading or viewing progress, referrals and community messages.
How information is used
We use this information to authenticate accounts, deliver content and orders, manage subscriptions, remember progress, operate community features and protect the service against fraud or abuse. Hosting systems may process technical request information such as IP addresses and browser details.
Payments and service providers
Payment processors handle payment details under their own privacy terms. Swish stores purchase references and payment status. Hosting, storage, payment and fulfillment providers process information needed to provide their services. Information may also be disclosed where required by law or to address fraud and security issues.
Cookies and browser storage
Session cookies keep you signed in. Browser storage may remember preferences, progress and referral information. Blocking or clearing cookies can sign you out or prevent features from working.
Public information and blockchains
Public profile details and community posts can be visible to other users. Blockchain addresses and transactions are publicly accessible, and on-chain records generally cannot be changed or erased by Swish. Never share private keys or recovery phrases.
Retention and your choices
Information is retained as needed to operate your account, fulfill orders and meet recordkeeping or legal obligations. You can update available profile information in Settings. Depending on your location, you may have rights to request access, correction or deletion of personal information. Contact Swish through the official profile linked below to make a privacy request; identity verification may be needed. Public blockchain records cannot be deleted by us.
