Using Swish
These terms cover your use of Swish Anime Club, including its website, manga, animation, memberships, merchandise and digital collectibles. By using the service, you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the service.
Your account
Keep your account and wallet secure. You are responsible for activity you authorize. Do not impersonate others, disrupt the service, bypass access controls, abuse community features or use Swish for unlawful activity. We may restrict accounts that misuse the service.
Content and collectibles
Swish artwork, characters, stories and branding belong to their respective rights holders. Access is for personal use unless a separate license says otherwise. Buying a card or NFT does not transfer copyright, commercial rights, equity or ownership of the Swish business.
Purchases and memberships
Review the price, currency, network, delivery details and any recurring billing terms shown at checkout before purchasing. Network fees may apply separately. Manage available subscription cancellation options through your account billing settings. Cancellation and refund rights required by applicable law remain unaffected.
Availability and third parties
Content, features and release plans can change. Wallets, payment processors and external marketplaces operate under their own terms. We cannot guarantee uninterrupted service or the continued availability of third-party services.
Responsibility and updates
To the extent permitted by law, the service is provided as available without guarantees of fitness for a particular purpose. Nothing in these terms excludes rights or liability that cannot lawfully be excluded. Updated terms will be posted here with a revised date.
